It was another great chapter as usual. I'm really curious to see what happens with Iasion...I know that was the last chapter but I just went back and reread it and it got me thinking... anyway, this update made my day =D looking forward to the next.

I disagree--you need to build the pace and the characters! And great chapter. What has struck me (and is intentionally implicit, I bet!) is that Kora/Persephone has never truly had the freedom of choice. I like that Persephone is not about to roll over, free-thinking and for the most part, has good judgement.

And also, is it male logic that Hades doesn't see that he look the gift of free-will on that regard? What female would say: yes, you kidnapped me--and now I love entirely of my own free will? I especially like that you dominant male/knows everything/is always right archetype.

Also, I wonder if that lack of insight on Hades part will have further implications down the road for their marriage?

The storyline is easy to follow with the appropriate number of subplots and the writing is clear in tone and meaning. The story of Hades and Persephone is my favorite and you have seriously succeeded in creating the best telling of it that I have ever read. I'm so excited for the next chapter!

as always, there a re few elements thrown in there that i don't quite get. But i'm sure these new characters introduced will some how be tired into the next few chapters.

Wow, great addition. I love the changing view points. The effects of this abduction are growing ever larger. I think the part that moved me the most was the dilemma facing Persephone's father. On the one hand, he could drink from Lethe and be reborn, but he would forget everything. On the other, he could stay in the Underworld and be lonely, but retain the memory of his family. I do hope he will ask an audience with Hades so he can meet Persephone. She adored him so I'm sure reuniting with him might score some points for staying in the Underworld. I wonder if Iasion would approve of Hades as a son-in-law? What would you call a son-in-law that is also your goddess lover's brother? Hmm. This is why Greek myths are fun! Soap opera meets X-Men.

I love Hades! xD Anyhoo, please update, (again) and what was the deal with Charon? Who was it? HUH? (Sorry, I'm Hyper... =3)

This is one of my favorite stories! I actually find myself going back and rereading it over and over again, which is not something I do often with fanfiction. This story is absolutely amazing. I can't wait to see what happens next =)

A great chapter. I love how easily you alternate between the different carachters. This is a great chapter. You enspired me to write a story of this myth for my own pleasure and it is called "The Embrace of Darkness." I hope you update soon:)
