I do love how this has turned out so far. I do love the way you manipulated the characters of everyone, yet still keep the intigretiy and mostly accurate account of the actual tale.
Your style is very easy to get hooked upon.

Oh man, puberty all at once. No wonder Persephone is having such a difficult time. It's really damaging that Demeter never explained any of that to her. The idea of purposely keeping her a child, physically and trying her darndest mentally. I always imagined Persephone as sort of a wild child with incessant curiosity. I look forward to the next chapter.
