aww this was great! Its perfect that Sam and River would be friends, after all, (at least 500 year ago) Sam had special powers like River! Also loved how Destiny was an actual character in this.

Mal will never know what hit them. They might be even more trouble than Simon, River, and Jayne combined.

No real reason apparent that you cross it with Firefly save that River can read and lead 'em in a way. But I still like it. More?
