Beautiful and heart wrenching. I find evil Itachi very appealing, if he's well-written. I really love this pairing (I've also come across that DA quote you cited-it's really inspiring!). I really liked how this story took on a philosophical nature. The question of beauty is a great way to bring Itachi and Ino together. Great job!

There is a poem in the epic Endymion by John keats, called a thing of beauty.

It suggests that beauty lies in something that secretly brings happiness right in your core. Something that makes an everlasting impression, and you just...don't want to let go. It might exist in small things like roses and larger things like nature itself. You might find a simple sheep or a riverside beautiful, or even the deaths and funerals of great people, who fell for the sake of others...

I think thats what beauty is, an illusion very specific to our mind, something we like from bottom of our heart just for existing. It is never skin deep, but never profound either. Just something...in-between.

Consider of it...those who read this story, despite its tragic end, will find it beautiful. Some will not, though. And plenty will turn to re-read this fic, just because they were enraptured with it. I think you do realize this, but Ino found this man Beautiful because he was her personal...illusion as I put it. He enraptures her, and though she has every reason to hate him, she cant...because as John keat said in the poem, "A thing of beauty is a Joy forever..."

This...this is beautiful. Truly.

Also, I don't have an opinion on what beauty is, I don't really think about it, never had until now. I think beauty is what every individual wants it to be, you know? It's rare when people agree on something, almost everyone has different opinions and different thoughts.

So, I don't really know what beauty is - not counting when I randomly shout that something shiny or colorful is beautiful.

This was really good. I liked it a lot. Ino and Itachi would make the most beautiful couple in Naruto to me (opinion!) and hence why this fits so well.

My English isn't brilliant, but every word of this seems heartfelt. I like it.

i believe beauty is something we all see differently. Everything in general is different to each eye. To me personally, i believe looks is beauty and i think personality adds to that beauty. whether beauty is 'skin-deep' or not, something beautiful to me is something that you do not need to think to much of and captures you for a long time.

I like this. Strange, morbid, and slightly up the eff in some ways, but overall it's pretty damn good.
