I loved this. The point of view you present is so different, so real, so poetic...I love how Olivia loves the little things, like reading the pretentious NY Times articles with Elliot, or the way she needs silence and noise, or how he hits her knee underneath a table, and she falls in love all over again. You take these ordinary things-the way the light flickers- and make these romantic references, like how Olivia wonders how the flickering light will look on El's bare skin...It's something someone in love would do, and your piece is so interwoven with these seemingly mundane, but poignant, aspects. Great one shot. It's definitely one of my favorites. :)
