Loving this! Can't wait for more. Sick Dean is always great!

Wow, I really, really love this. It's an amazing, powerful read. There's a few minor mistakes such as hear instead of here... But other than those this is absolutely perfect. Excellent writing, I absolutely love your style.

I love the little convo where Dean's a little more aware of what's going on and that Sam is actually trying to do the whole sharing body heat thing. It was great.

I read this while I was eating my lunch, big mistake LOL There was so much snot I felt quite queasy, but I still enjoyed it immensely. Sam just needs to give me a holla when he gets tired, and I'll take over the rubbing and the patting etc LOL

Guardian angel, huh? Methinks your title has a double meaning - there's Sam, watching over his brother 24/7 as Dean battles this illness, and there's Dean's feline friend. He/she's a bit more of a puzzle right now but I can't wait to learn more. :)

P.S. It clicked with me the other day when I was rewatching The Benders that the two times we've really seen the brothers jump in SN, cats were involved: in The Benders, Sam's jumps out of his skin when he bends down to look under the car and the ginger tabby hisses at him. Then, of course, there's Dean's infamous scream in Yellow Fever when the cat jumps out of the locker. Hm - that was a ginger tabby, too. :/ I wonder what the writers have against cats? *g*

I don't know what tickles me more. Dean choking and begging Sam to stop? No no, the blood in the mucus... wait, the sarcastic jokes about the spooning, maybe...

Huh. I never would have thought to put vicks in hot water... granted no one in my family has had a pneumonia in years, so maybe it's a common practice and I just don't remember. In any case, I spent much of this chapter thinking "Clever, clever Sammy!"

Wait... did you say that cat had blue eyes? No, no no... I'm getting ahead of myself. Letting my Cas fixation get the better of me I'm sure...

Ah, my goodness, that was an intense chapter! Absolutely amazing how you can put Sam's fear into words, it's so vividly written, really great! I do hope it's getting better now for both boys, I don't know how much more Dean or Sam for that matter can take.

OMG. I could just read this stuff all day long. Seriously wonderful stuff. I loved, repeat LOVED, this chapter. From Sam massaging Dean's feet to get circulation restored (and Dean moaning in discomfort-and yeah, I have a bit of a thing about the boys bare feet-I know I'm weird...) right down to him thumping his back to get that phlegm out. I just don't wanna see this tenseness, this urgency, to end.
