Ah, the summer with DL and family, what is not to love here? I do have to say I'm very happy that Don is happy and taking things slow with his new love Megan! He deserves to be happy. Yes, it will be trouble when Lu-Moo's smile takes on the Messer smirk. Big trouble. But this line "Danny refused to lay claim to this though, and instead gave the honour to Lindsay. He often said there was more of his wife’s smile in his daughter than of his." It is so wonderful to see how in love with his wife and daughter Danny is. I hope he never comes down from that high. I'm so happy to she her nickname again! But with the pranks on Uncle Don really screams she comes from Danny. This was a very welcome story, it embodies everything summer should be, sweet, loving, and fun. Thank you also montanascreed!
