I like this chapter. Though I always assumed Ty Lee and Mai lost all sympathy for Mai after they were thrown into prison, usually because I think it was a lot more traumatic for her than Ty Lee and Mai let on afterwards.

This was an interesting story. I do think it's a little out of character of Zuko to place his sister in a mental institution and not have some sort of oversight to make none of the prisoners, including Azula, are abused by the staff.

this fic is interesting so far can't wait to see more.

I have no idea what's going on with the rescuer guy, but I think you did that on purpose. Whatever, cool story, good job describing Azula going crazy.
