I love the dynamic you've captured between them, and they're both perfectly in character! And I am a wee bit jealous of Matthew right now. xP These two are two of my favourites among the occupants of the Dreaming, and I loved this fic!

I bought the ninth Sandman yesterday after two weeks of consideration (for my financial situation, twenty dollars is a splurge) and immediately after my eighth reread, I decided that I had to find some Corinthian-Matthew fanfiction.

I clicked on the series "Sandman", and this was right at the very top. It was fate or coincidence, but it was pretty cool either way. The "new" Corinthian is terribly cool, though he lacks the unabashed killer instinct of before. Your dialogue is pretty awesome, though a little too familiar.
