Your poem is so true, but you know, the story always needs a sort of observer; the outside voice. Mark is a unique example because he is involved, yet he is external from the truly deep conflicts of Rent. That's what I like about his character.

By the way, I'm adding this to my faves. I'm a sucker for poetry since my grandmother was a poet. ^_^
