I liked this. You're a very good writer. The mood was brilliant and I think everyone was in character. I want to hug Apollo now.

You deserve a lot of credit for writing this up. I fully agree that Apollo would dispise Thalassa as his mother after she abadoned him for over two decades, and that Apollo had moved on from what Thalassa wanted. Apollo deserves to be angry, running off to the abandoned park in pouring rain just to find some sanity I felt was done quite well.

This scenario should have been more than a one-shot, there is just so much you can work with. I very much enjoyed this story.

Fantastic! I can't wait for more! Love how you added Klavier and Ema's usual dialects, the characters all were in character, except Apollo of course, and it flowed really well!
Just one thing though, I thought Trucy was 16? Perhaps make her act a little more ... older in further chapters? Then again, she is very immature yet mature...gotta love her haa!

THANK YOU! There are so many BS fics where Apollo just happily accepts Lamiroir and they become one big happy family. Bleh. I am not against happy reunions in general and personally, I do see Trucy accepting Lamiroir, and she should considering it wasn't Thalassa's fault that she left Trucy for a few years, but as was previously said in another review, she kept Trucy, she abandoned Apollo for only God knows what reason. She happily and easily lived her life as a magician with her new family, why couldn't she raise Apollo as well? In Apollo's case, it WAS her fault, she was alive and well and if I was her, as long as I was sane and healthy, I would love and raise my kid so what was her excuse? Apollo was a YEAR old when he was abandoned, so he has no connection to her really. Even that reporter guy from AA said that he felt bad for the 'other kid'. I do think that he could accept Trucy as a sister eventually since he loves and cares about her and she feels the same, but Lamiroir, no. I didn't think anyone would use their insight to make such a realistic version of a family reunion for Apollo, so again, THANK YOU. Favorited for sure.

Nice work on this. Personally, if I hadn't had a mother for twenty odd years and she popped out of the blue, I'd resent her something awful. Probably resent Trucy as well, considering Lamiroir essentially left, remarried and had Trucy (that's how it went right? First husband died, she ditched Apollo, got remarried and had Trucy?). Trucy would be the child she kept, Apollo would be the child she abandoned. If that wouldn't be a cause for anger, I don't what is.
I feel that his perfectly justifiable anger is far more realistic and I applaud you on it, rather then the usual happy reunion stuff. Hell, it would hardly be a reunion at all, she left Apollo when he was young, there was practically no bond there in the first place. So what's to reunite? Anyway, very nice work on this. I really quite liked it. Perhaps one set afterwards where he gradually accepts Trucy as a sister? (shrug) After all, I would. I mean sure Lamiroir chose her over Apollo, but although that might be a cause for conflict, it wasn't really her fault now, was it? I hope I'm making a valid statement... Anyway, keep at it.
