I just read this, and I want to tell you that I really liked it. I can see that happening on the show, depending on what "actually" happens on the show when it comes on again, but I can see it clearly in my mind's eye.

I really enjoyed this story...Izzie and Callie kind of need to make up. I like how you wrote the characters...they were definitely in-character. I could picture them talking, and I didn't think, "woah, Izzie wouldn't say that wording!" It was just perfect. I especially liked when Izzie said, "Slow. That's what they all say." I could SO see her saying that.

This is so sweet.
It's good to lift emotional burdens and weight off your shoulders and chest as Callie and Izzie just did.
It takes courage and strenght to be this honest with someone for whom you held such amimosity, especially after they created major havoc in your life as Izzie and George did to Callie.
I can appreciate what it took for Callie to make the first move... it's just sad that it took George's death to make it happen.
BTW, I hate the idea of George's death and hope it's NOT as story line being pursued in the next season.
