Please write more soon! This story has so much potential!

I've been meaning to review this one. I lliked the first three chapters you'd posted. Your descriptions are always beautiful and the way you develop character's personalities is great. I feel like I know them as I read more about them. Although, I think this time there was a bit too much description of the road and stuff that happened before the actual action started. But as I read more of the story, it seems like the flow is very good.

Thank you for that update, it was just what I needed right now. It's hard now to get back to reality, I always get lost in the world you create.
Blackheart's condition is worse that I first thought, he's at the brink of death. Without Johnny's help he wouldn't have lasted another hour.
At least now Johnny's not alone any more although you could hardly have found three more different characters that the Ghost Rider, the son of the devil and a mexican priest. I'm really curious what Blackheart will say to this once he's awake.
I liked the atmosphere you created in the church like when all the pidgeons flew away or how you described the only coloured window in the whole building.
And Johnny's thoughts as he carried Blackheart bridal style made me laugh. Leave it to him to make the situation seem even more obscure. *grins*
I was first a bit confused which story this is when I got the 'new chapter' alert, but then I realised you chanced the title. Is there a special reason or did you just like this on better, if I may ask?
I'm glad you're still updating even though you don't seem to have a lot of time. I am happy about every new chapter *grins*

That's a great birthday present. I checked my mails to see how many congratulations I got but when I saw that you updated, the first thing I did was reading the new chapter.
I think you showed Johnny's conflict really good. Blackheart is his enemy and he would be glad if he was out of the way but he believes that he has to take care of him, that he has to help him. Not out of sympathy but because he was 'sent here' to do it, as he said.
And at last he found a place to stay, even though the priest isn't too happy about that. Quite understandable, you're not confronted with the devil's son every day.
I'm looking forward to the moment Blackheart wakes up and discovers that Johnny wants to save him.
I'm always happy to hear from you and I'm really curious about the next chapter.

Dear God, Bender. Just reading the italicized introduction made me all tingly inside. XD This story ought to be fucking hilarious, because I've actually seen "Black Snake Moan", and just picturing a bitter old Southern Johnny in a tattered wife beater and overalls, gripping a chain with a writhing Blackheart wearing a flimsy T-shirt and nothing else...XD

Thank you for updating that fast. Reading some of your stuff always cheers me up. You've the perfect timing for starting a new story, it makes me happy to read your Ghost Rider stories. And I don't have much to be happy about since some idiot decided to break my heart.. but that's another story.
I'm glad to hear that you're also working on Wedlocked, I'm dying to know what will happen in the next chapter. But now to this story.
Even though it's quite cold here I could almost feel the heat and the room definitely felt a lot warmer. You always succeed in carrying my mind away, it's like I, too, am standing on this road.
Well, Johnny was a little early to asume that Blackheart was dead. I knew he wasn't but it still made me sad to think how he must look and feel like if he is mistaken for a corpse. Poor Blackheart. But Johnny found him and he will take care of him. I wonder what Blackheart will have to say to this, but I will see.
The best sentence was 'Check, said God.' That's the most fitting thing to say and I like the immage *grins*
I hope you'll keep up your updating pace but of course I wouldn't mind waiting, too. But don't let us wait too long or else I will have chewed up my fingernails *grins*

I can't tell you how happy I am to hear or better read from you. And you've even started a new story.
I know the movie but I've never seen it. I'm really curious about what will happen. It's an interesting idea and I'm sure I'll like it as much as your other stories.
The first chapter is really sad. Poor Blackheart, if I could I would pick him up myself.
As always, I admire your writing style. I feel as if I'm standing right next to the scene. I could go on reading for hours and hours. And instead of just describing the scene you write from different perspectives like you did with the snake.
I can't wait to read more. You've really got talent.

Good start; very atmospheric. I love the pictures you've painted, and of course now I'm intrigued as to why the Son of Satan is on the outs with the family. I think I know where you're going, using BSM as a backbone for the story, and I'm incredibly excited to see more!
