woah... reminded me of 'West Side Story' when she was asking how many bullets there were to shoot everyone. Kind of lost the West Side Story theme when she shot herself though! Good fic though, very depressing

I just got into the Moulin Rouge fandom tonight after seeing the movie for the first time. I have an ending resembling this one...except Satine takes the bullet. I got really scared that you'd have the same thing. Fortunately, you didn't, and this is infinitely better. I enjoyed this. I mean, I didn't, and I didn't enjoy the ending of Moulin Rouge either, because I was too busy bawling my eyes out, if you know what I mean, but it was still well written...oh, I'm rambling, aren't I? Good stuff. Keep writing! Will read your other writings tomorrow, I think.

omg SP ahh that is sooo romantic! its sooo cute and *sigh* soo cool! I loved the different twist of the ending .In the movie i always think why cant it stop when they are singing they live happy ever after but wow ... there together one word for the story awesome!

holy crap that was a good ending! i thought that when you said that you altered it it would suck, but it was damn good! kinda romeo and juliet -ish, that the 2 lovers died at the end...

Wow! Again Sugar Princess comes up with another ending to rival that which made it onto film. Interesting West Side Story slant..complete with a musical score! Good job!
