Good story and good description. I had no idea that Agrias hated Gafgarion so much.. but yeah, he does seem more like an ass who thinks too much of himself. They just don't show it that much in the game because he gets killed around Chapter 2 for good. Please keep writing more, I would like to know what happens between Rad and Alicia and if Ramza ever tells Agrias the truth about his past. =)

You're using the original Tactics instead of WotL. Not a bad thing, but right now, most people are already used to the WotL script and translations. Maybe you can use a mixture of both just to clarify things.

While they can be counted as that in the original Tactics, some new scenes in WotL make at least Alicia and Lavian kinda not-so-generics. As for Rad, having someone more or less in the line of Ramza may add good character development for the rest of the party.

Chapter-wise, not many surprises as it recounts the first engagement of the game, but the interactions between characters, specially Ramza/Agrias and Alicia/Rad are well made. Nice touch putting the commoner-noble differences bewteen characters.

One last piece of advise is that you summarize Ramza's and Delita's past (mostly all of Chapter 1 of the game), so your story don't take too long to make or update.
