Catmint 9/3/12 . chapter 7This is a beautifully-written story and I adore Betty! So much pain, so much emotion, all captured so so well. *sniffles* More fantastic writing from you. :-) |
Amilyn 5/14/12 . chapter 7Oh, how I love Betty. Her threatening Gibbs with her cane...then admiring all the pretty boys (especially Gibbs' eyes and smile)...oh, yes. She's a dear. It is interesting to contemplate how differently things might have gone had there been such a short gap between S6 and S7 (comparatively). I like the all-around self-loathing that has overtaken everyone; very in-character. And I'd have loved to have seen Betty meet Abby. They'd get on like a house afire. |
Summer95 5/6/12 . chapter 1Awww... I loved this and I'd love to see a sequel :) |
macadoodle3 1/31/10 . chapter 7please please please do a sequel! betty is just too lovable and great a character to not continue with! this is a great fic (i expect nothing less from you ;) it would be a shame, and make me very sad, if you didnt do a sequel. really loved how tony and ziva just held each other, and how that was all that they needed. i could practically see their connection (my overactive imagination definately helped with that ;). great great freaking wonderfully great ;) 3 |
DollyTheLlama 1/16/10 . chapter 7Oh please make a sequil to this. Ziva needs a friend like Betty. |

LorelaiGilmore82 10/11/09 . chapter 7Finally caught up on the missing episodes and now I'm able to read all your storys. Of course this is a great one as usual. I like Betty sure reminds me of my grandmother! |
Viktorija 8/21/09 . chapter 7I loved this story!It was great:) |
USAFChief 8/1/09 . chapter 7You do great honor to your mother and grandmother. The story is very well told with great dialog. I enjoyed Betty's internal musings a great deal. I'm a bit older than most of your readers probably and I find myself with internal words echoing in my head more and more often. You have caught the essence of at least part of the aging process including some physical torment. Certainly if you write a sequel to this, I will read it. As a matter of fact, I would really like to find out whether Betty can help Ziva put some of her demons to rest. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. |
Pidraya 7/3/09 . chapter 7I finally managed to sneak in some time to read this as it deserves. I cried - and you know I'm not even a TIVA gal. But the emotions were very real, and it was powerfully written - in your inimitable way. This was wonderful. Truly. ellie xx |
zatl 7/2/09 . chapter 7this was amazing. and sweet. perfect. “I need what it is we had, Ziva; our partnership, our friendship, our whatever the hell it is that makes us Tony and Ziva. I need it. When I was agent afloat I found out just how much I needed it and now, when I’ve almost lost it completely…when I almost lost you…I know I can’t do what I have to do without it. Without you, Ziva. I need you.” that was the best quote ever written in the history of all tiva. great job :) |
unique.and.proud 6/22/09 . chapter 7Aw loved it. Beautifully written. Made me cry. |
dizzy - in - the - izzy 6/22/09 . chapter 7Betty reminded me of my 109 year old great grandma, who after my dad has his heart attack, joined me in the 'chapel' at the hospital and talked me through it. Her attitude made me smile, it really did. This was really great. I wasn't going to read it, because I hate all of the variations of how she is saved. I don't want to know how she was saved, just the afterwards stuff. Healing. I loved the descriptions. I could really see it, and feel it. Although, that could be because it's 2:37 AM, and my energy drink high is wearing off... But, really. I really liked the part when Tony thinks about the connection between him and Ziva. And his line, when he is asking her to listen, and how he needs her. I felt my heart stings tug at that. I felt my stomach do little flip flops, and my smile got wider through tears. Again, that was great. I think the 'need you' line is going to be my favorite quote from a story ever. And now my moment is ruined as some hard rock, screamo junk comes on my iPod. Honestly, why did I buy this? Thanks for sharing. -Izzy |
