Why, oh why did my freaking computer have to break down just when you posted a cool new chapter?! One of the things I like about this story is the nice balance of poignancy and suspense, and this chapter fit right in. We really feel for that poor monk...but what on earth are Silas and Marie gonna do now that the feds have ambushed them? The women in your stories are so strong (another thing I like in fiction) that Dora and the other heroines will surely orchestrate a rescue or something...what that something is will be quite exciting, I'm sure. Thanks for the update, and I hope you have an awesome Christmas break!

This chapter had a nice mix of the exciting and the sweet, starting with the encounter with nutbar Stefan and ending with Saige's visit to the graveyard (on Sylas' birthday - sniffle!). Now that Silas and Saige have said their goodbyes (although Silas' was more of an unceremonious shove), I wonder where they'll go? I shall wait patiently until Kit's Grandma's b-day has been properly celebrated :)

This may be short, but it's also sweet - the little details made me feel like I was right there on the plane with Silas. He has money, at least, but it's a poor substitute for Saige...and now he has to deal with Adrienne, too! How will the poor boy do it? Rest up, rejuvenate, and let us know! :)

This is truly excellent writing!
My only concern is that the characters don't seem to connect too much with those in the book, neither do the styles of writing. I understand this is your choice as a writer to revamp the text, but you might want to stick a little bit closer. It is fun to mock other people's styles anyway if you don't particularly like them.

There was a nice balance of tension and tenderness in this chapter, from Langdon and Co.'s exciting rescue to the little 'aw' moment between Saige and Marie. Having Saige give Silas the slip on the plane was quite the twist...but what will Silas do in Zurich, I wonder? Will Saige be able to defeat Stephan once and for all (and stop with the cutting)? How will Noah react to the loss of his favorite monk? Those other users had better come on over and get some of this, 'cause it's good stuff. Oh, and Happy Halloween! ;)

Clever, clever Saige, giving Langdon a coded message like that. Will help arrive in time to save Bianca? Will that manky ganky Adrienne get what she deserves? I don't know how our heroes will get out of this one, but I look forward to finding out!

Boy, are you good at crafting and detonating suspense-bombs! ;) Who could tell that the exorcism call and the rave were an elaborate setup...and it will be kinda fun to specualte about how you'll get the gang out of this current pot of hot water. Hopefully the site will be jumping soon as people come back from their vacations and settle into school, and you'll get more reviews. Whatever you guys decide to work on, your readers are surely in for a well-written, wild ride!
