I would like it if Nanao actually came and fought along side with Shunsui, but something tells me that she's going to be used for something important later - hopefully - or just totally forgotten... which would make me sad

You have to be my favorite Shunsui&Nanao writer. Seriously.
This was an awesome fic; who cares about inconsistencies when you have something this great?
But yeah! I look forward to more from this and let's hope Nanao makes an appearance in the manga soon.

Makes me further believe that I should actually catch up on the manga, so I actually know what's going on. I can't learn everything from fanfics, although that's how I've obtained most of my knowledge on some things, as sad as it may be. Did Kubo finally release the name of Nanao's zanpakuto, or did you improvise? Either way, could you tell me what the name meant? Learning the beautiful language of Japan is on my to-do list, but it will probably be a long time before I get to it. -sigh- Very awesome though.
