I like this story immensely. Snape and Harry are both beautifully in character. The ending is heartbreaking.

Excellent. Very true to Snape, especially. I love the parallel between Harry "forcing" Dumbledore to drink the poison and Snape killing Dumbledore. Enlightening.

He's no more dehumanised than Harry is - rather less so, if anything. But he probably *thinks* he is, because it goes with his whole Goth-romantic sensibility.

That is perhaps the best look into Snape and what Snape was. Absolutely brillant. You nailed Snape dead on. I like the part about Dumbledore also losing his soul.

I always had trouble viewing Dumbledore as holy as he is portraited in the book. I had more feeling for Snapoe at the end. He is flawed most certainly, but he is not evil. He has more redemption in my mind than Dumbledore. Brillant.
