I just had to read this after reading your 'Q&A' update - wow. This is so chilling! Lucius is supremely evil here, cold, calculating, and ruthless, and I feel terrible for Lavinia and especially for Narcissa (whose character's always fascinated me - you write her very well). Fabian, Gideon, Molly, and Remus and Sirius are perfectly characterized as well. Beautiful piece.

Oh, so you wanted me to read this one first to make me cry, huh? I knew you were mean. But ... wow. I love these brothers, and I love the way you got Ron in here, too. Even as a baby he loved to eat, huh? No surprise there. This is such a heartbreaking story, though... I hated watching them die. And I hated Lucius more than I ever have, and that's saying a LOT.

aw. that's so sad. i always wondered how fabion and gideon died. but this is another story like the andy/ted story of forbidden love. it's so sad. especially how she had to see him die. but extremely well written!:D

Wow... insert expletive here...! That was really captivating, especially the latter half. I feel terrible for everyone... But I love the way you've imagined this event, even though its terribly depressing. And there's something very fitting about the very unceremonious way that Fabian and Gideon met their end. But goodness is it ever sad... Especially for Gideon, I think.

But I'm even more intrigued now to see how this fits into your other story. But man, this just punches you in the gut. Sorry it took me so long to get to it--lovely job!
