I found fanfiction quite by accident, and this story was the first I read. Wow, it's truly amazing! I had the scene perfectly in my head as I read, it gave me Goosebumps! I'm actually left thinking the show would've been oh so romantic if this had been put in, with the on-screen chemistry, if carried off correctly a ratings winner for sure.

I hope to find more from this author.

I watched this show when i was a teenager, and even all these years later bits and pieces of it will come back to me for no apparent reason, which is why I'm reading this tonight :) I will never understand why producers and writers kill off characters when they want to leave shows, but oh well. At least here they could have one happy moment. Great little fic.

Oh, how sweet! I was so shocked to actually find a new story on this site, which I stubbornly keep checking just in case, and was very happy to read this. I have always felt they needed more moments together for him to treasure after she had gone. I'd love to read any sequel you might feel inclined to write, especially if she DOESN'T end up dying, or you know, any other unrelated fic for them. Anyway, great, sweet story!
