I really loved AA5 and I think I love Counterpoint just as much - I might even prefer Edward's version. Edward is just so sincere, without hidden agendas - just a horny teenager in love. But in AA5 it was really hard to understand Bella's POV.

"Relationships are almost always made official with an exchange of metal. Of course, in my parents' case, the metal in question was platinum, which they wore daily on the fourth fingers of their left hands. My relationship with Bella became real with a small piece of tarnished brass that now hung from my key chain"

This is one of your more powerful lines in the story. Really does a great job of capturing the essence of Edward without being dramatic.

yes i was married 38 years my husband and i hadbeen seperated trying to get back together for about 6 months it was christmas after all the kids and grands left he took me home with him ,after all the talking we madelove,i dont know how to explain it it was good but i had no more conection with him anymore i just wanted to cry we did,he told me he loved me more and longer than he ever loved anything or anyone ever,i told him id always love him,i just wasnt in love with him anymore,he had hurt me too much, but ill always be there for him i just hadto let go us,i lied to him no matter how much he hurt me ill always be in love with him hell just never know it

i really dont like this story i didnt care for bella to begin with now i know i dont like her

first your story is verry confusing weird really and its in my old veiw pervertrd, first in my opion bella and edward should be reversed,edward should be the older and teacher,that i cpold except but when you put the woman as the older it makes it vulgar ,the man should be the oldest, thats just how i was raised sorry thats how i feel. you know women are in prsion for this dont you, but it doesnt sound so bad for a 17 year old girl to fall for a 24 year old man teacher or other wise.

Excellent start! Your writing style is wonderful. I have found very few stories that really draw me in within the first two chapters as you've done. I'm so mesmerized by the characters and storyline so far that I know I'll be reading it all day. I love the Edward you've created and look forward to seeing how this plays out considering the obvious age difference. this version made me less pissed at Bella, I dunno why-but she still kind of said some things that make me wonder if she did truly make any progress while they were apart
