Nicely written! I have to say after watching "Bounce" I was a little irked at how Tony had gone to Palmer to talk through things, but I never thought about him being a sounding board. Enjoyed reading it!

Oh, this was deliciously angsty and heartfelt. I was wondering if you were going to write a sequel for this? I can't quite see this as just a standalone (or maybe I just need closure -- of any kind, be it a good or bad ending). Either way, I'd love to read more if you're going to more. ^__^

Hi. Great one-shot. I was wondering if you were thinkin gof writing a sequal. Maybe covering the teams reactions and/or whether Tony does come back from his vacation or if he does really quit. You've done so well with this that i'm sure it would a be a good read. :D

Great story. Well written and you can't help but feel for Tony especialy with McGee's attitude. McGee wouldn't be the agent he is today without Tony's guidance. I would really love to see a continuation or sequel to show the teams reaction to Tony's wanting to leave and if any effort is expended by Gibbs or Vance to keep Tony with NCIS.

And just as some others that left a review, I'd really like it if you could make another chapter. To see how the team reacts, if McGee is aware he was acting that way, and if he regrets it etc.
But anyway...I like your story, that's what I wanted to say ;)

Wonderful story! As always, of course I'd like to read about how the team would react to Tony leaving...I mean, not only as a sequel to this story, but considering how the team has been acting towards him...
well, anyway, the last part was incredible, made me cry...it doesn't matter how cold Gibbs act, we always know it's the way he is and in the end he'll defend and support Tony, just like he did in Allyah and in the end of legends 2...

Very good fic. Insightful and hopelessly angsty. Some good points were made, some interesting observations. I didn't agree with all of them but that didn't detract from my enjoyment of the fic. I thought it was very well written and I loved the ending. In-character and soulful. Of course, I love any time Gibbs says 'Hoo-rah' so that's a given. Great job!

not what i was anticipating but this is a beautifully crafted piece, the flow and the way it's written with a sense of deep emotion dragged me in. its a great story. poor tony but i like the opening ending.

Wow, that was really powerful. Great job of getting inside Tony's head and letting us know what's going on in there. Liked that Gibbs figured Tony out in the end, just like he always does.

Nice introspective of Tony's thoughts. I hope you continue with the others perceptions when Tony is on his leave. Or even Tony at the FBI or Homeland Security or wherever. I liked your interaction between Tony and Gibbs as well. You have a very nice 'read' on the two of them.
