Another insight into the horror of the Dark Matter wars, and another tooting good reason that you should write this up as a full story sometime... the whole thing, beginning to end. It'd be like the Transformers equivalent to the Illiad!
This was, once more, fantastic. each of these little snippets gives just enough information, story and atmosphere to get the reader hooked, then leaves 'em gasping for more when it all stops. Keep up the good work, Prime. You're doing brilliantly.
Sorry it took me a while to get around to reading this, my friend. Real life is a nightmare, aint it?
Anywho... This is brilliant, easily some of the best I've read from you. The deep descriptions in the first two segments in particular were wonderful to read through, both poignant and chilling in their own individual ways.
The third part countered the previous two excellently, with all the right levels of 'cute' in all the right places... I can just see Hot Rod's little face scrunching up as he looks at 'Bee and asks "Wha' is it?" Too cool, sis. Well done.
Interesting stuff. Will we get to see some flashbacks of the Nexus Wars at any point? Just wondering, as the idea that it was Prime and Magnus' brother that started them was kinda cool.
Really well written throughout, my friend. The different characters were spot on, and the story was packed with detail and depth, to the point where I'm left thirsty for more. Great stuff.
First up, Prime, I owe you an apology for not getting to this sooner. I'm certainly sorry that I did, as this is really good.
As far as story beginnings go, this is both enticing and warming. The image you've laid out of Cybertron as disparate states, loosely ruled by a central council of sorts, is very Arthurian... a kind of 'mechs of the round table' feel comes through. Little Bumblebee, for what we see of him, is adorable, and all of the other characters come across nicely.
I'm interested to see what exactly happened in Shiredinn, and can't wait to see just why Prime and Elita adopted young 'Bee. In short, my friend, good start.
