Great chapter, and story! I like how you managed to fit together some of the characters back stories in with the AU, especially Tifa flirting a little with Cloud. Although she seemed OOC, it IS AU, so I guess you can do whatever you want with the characters! :P Anyways, there were quite a bit of spelling and grammar mistakes, which would probably go unnoticed to the untrained eye. But really it doesn't show that much, it would be nice if you had a proofreader of some sorts, or if you proof read it yourself. It'd be nice for the story if you'd shed a little light on Vincent's story, just a little suggestion. ^^

Overall, you are very descriptive and the story is shaping up to be very good! Keep it up!

Nice chapter, Yuffie always gets into trouble. Vincent was suitably creepy here, I wonder how he got this way. I mean why does he have Chaos? There must be a reason, right?
