Okay, so let me get this straight.

Karasu tried to kill Kurama because he loved him so much. He even prayed to a goddess everyday for three years because he loved him so much, but he doesn't love him enough to accept that he's a man? In fact, it seems like he's practically raping Kurama of his gender. Forcing something onto him that isn't natural.

Grammatically speaking your writing isn't bad, but not only is your plot seemingly inconsistent, it's also a horrid idea.

However, that's just my opinion.

I really do have to comment on this. I understand you're against homosexuality. From this fic, I can see that it's because of a strong religious affiliation that I don't begrudge you. Your attempt, however, to take a canon gay affection and turn it into your maladaptive idea of right, using a Goddess from a period and religion you seem unable to either understand or empathize with, I do, in fact, begrudge.

Mind you, it's possible in terms of YYH canon - to the extent that Koenma mentions Jesus, Buddha, Yama, and several other Gods of several other pantheons - but the idea I see behind it, to show us lowly heathen the 'right way' of love through the representative Karasu, I take offense to.

Besides, Karasu marrying Kurama would be hideous if he's even the slightest bit like his canon self. Domestic abuse, spousal rape - couldn't you have chosen a nicer pairing for this theology class? The thought of what that deranged bastard would do with children chills me to the bone.

If it has ever annoyed you to see, say, Yusuke and Keiko broken up for Yusuke to be in a yaoi, please discontinue this. If you're married to the idea that homosexuality is a sin, then write men and women having incredibly boring vaginal sex - or not so boring, really, I wouldn't object to some Toguro/Genkai or Hiei/Mukuro - and be done with it. Don't try to turn fanfiction into a thinly-veiled morality lesson, because that's about the last thing a fanfic should be.

*anger welling up* what is so great about turning Kurama into a girl! If the bloody goddess made him herself, then she should have made him a woman from the start. U can't change half way threw, stupid gods. And another thing, baptizing is a Cristian belief, 1 god belief, why on earth would she force him to do something like that. Ahem, sorry about all that flaming, it kind of makes u wonder why I even bothered reviewing. Probably because ur fic contains one of the biggest things I hate in fanfiction besides OC couples with the main character (especially Mary Sues) and I felt that I needed to take it out on the next fic I read. Ur spelling and puntuation were fine. They were pretty good from where I'm standing over here. So good style. If at all possible, could u please put a warning in ur summery about The gender bending next time? You'll never get flames like mine again because those who don't like that topic won't read it, and those who are interested will go for it more.
