Greta always struck me as the mother-type character. Not overly pushy, but definitely caring and wanting to help however she can.

She was very down-to-earth character, and I think you portrayed that aspect of her very well. (:

I liked the last few lines, because we all know when Sandra eventually crashes at the cons (or in general), Greta will be like a mother to her and pull her head out of the clouds.
