I'm reading this, and anxiously awaiting an update! Love the concept. Interested to see if Tenten is working for Sound. That bastard Orochimaru, always worming his way along, isn't he? And where in the world will Sasuke and Sakura go, and how can things possibly work out for them? Please update and let us know their fates!

So it's ridiculously fulfilling to see Sasuke being tender and a little lovesick after all that the BS he's pulled in the manga these past two years. I think I love you for that.

I very much like those last two lines, I feel like it really fleshes out the relationship between Sasuke and Sakura, brings out the shadows that come with the light. I can't wait to see the next chapter. :]

I'm glad you chose to continue this. Ever since I read the first chapter its been lurking in the back corners of my mind because the concept is somehow very appealing to me. I figure it is becaus there is much more thrill and interest in reading about dethroned monarchs running for their lives than putting up with frivilous balls or a tea party. Overall I guess I'm complimenting the plot. So good job.
