The best part of this story is the way you express the characters; how they talk and communicate with each other. The humour works nicely and is mostly sarcasm, which fits the story well. More story alongside the sex would have made it even better, but that is just my opinion ^^ I am a sucker for good plots. Yes, I have Wet Hot American Summer too ;D

the best thing about this story is the complete lack of sappyness! I LOVE IT, this is how it should be, rough but sweet, masculine and not Naruto whispering about gentleness like a girl! yay! finally someone who knows how to write a good sex scene, and still manages to put in all the right emotions and feelings. you are a very good writer, because that seems to be hard for a lot of people.

I saw that some people in your reviews said "PWP" I had to look that up... where is this new anime lango cumming from?
Naruto the third movie is on Cartoon network right now, in english, but i haven't watched it for like two summers. But this wasn't a PWP to me(from what I understand its, plot?what plot?) there was definatly meaning in your lemon! You got these two characters together in a very erotic way, but there really was a future and past to them it wasn't that you only payed attention to getting them naked, there was a beginning and ending(which were great by the way) . So your story may have been a drabble, but your getting warmed up for your long awaited fics! haha! Thank you for taking the time to write something like this and sharing it with us, it was really fun to read, and i just read Sometime Around Midnight again, really like that one, (of course) reminds me how much i love reading your stuff, I think your one of the best sasunaru authors on ff in my book, if you know anyone else can you give me their username? cuz that would be awesome to read something that might be ALMOST as good as your shit haha. I know you like Naoangel, I was really into one of her stories but she deleted it. :{ But yea, thank you so much for sharing with us and hope you get a lot of inspirational reviews and comments taht help you with your writings, and when you do write i hope it doens't feel like a chore because then its obviously not fun for you anymore.

I'm sorry for taking so long to review this story, especially now that it's summer. Life's been crazy for me, and this is actually the first bit of fanfiction that I've had time to read in a long while. I hope you haven't wondered why I suddenly disappeared, and if you did, I extend my apologies!
I hope my review is worth it, though, because:

Wow.
Well-written, with gorgeously in character depictions of Naruto and Sasuke.
PWPs aren't usually my thing - they make me blush and cringe a bit with thoughts of tracking programs out to get me!
But despite my embarrassment, I found this little treasure really enjoyable.
True, it was a ton of screwing around, but it had that touch of character interaction that I love from you.
Almost "rasengan-branded" in a way - If I hadn't known that you had written it, I could have possibly picked you out from a small pool of writers I know.
It's just beautiful! I can't say "hot" or "OMGsexy" or anything, but somehow, in the midst of all that sex, it made me think.

Especially with the ending, which I really liked. I don't know how to interpret it - it could be some sort of omg-we're-true-lover-souls thing...but personally, I'd guess that it was some sort of..well, some sort of "Naruto and Sasuke" moment.
A moment of complete understanding between them, a life-is-passing moment...that I can't describe.
But maybe that's what you intended. ^^

I really like to pick out certain phrases that I liked, but with this story...too embarassing! :)
I did like Sasuke and Naruto talking to each other though - I kept my mind off the porn in the beginning by imagining how Sasuke was feeling, with his lovely withdrawn prick self.
It amused me a lot, thinking about Naruto and his talk about things that turn him on and then imagining what Sasuke was thinking about ^^
It was a great beginning scene - I really felt the emotions building up and by the time they were already screwing around, I didn't mind much because it happened so nicely!

Oh actually, there was a line that I loved. It was the one where Naruto said, "This is okay, right?" and Sasuke replied, "This is right."
I loved that little twist. :)

Before I end this review, though, I have something I would like to ask you, if you don't mind too much.
A while ago, we talked a bit, and you didn't reply after a while.
I wasn't sure if you were annoyed and had a little too much in the course of one day or just didn't feel that there was a need to reply.
It doesn't matter now, but I want to let you know that just in case it was the second scenario and you were wondering if I was annoyed with you and never planned to review you ever again...that's not the case! ^^
If it was the first...I'm very sorry and I hope you've stopped caring about it by now!

If it was my original review that annoyed you, I admit that I was quite terrified to submit it, but I always try to express my views clearly, and I was genuinely confused by the direction your story was taking. I didn't understand some character motives, and I actually tried to just ignore my confusion and write an entirely positive review...but it felt like lying.

So I dared to express what I felt truthfully.
I'm sorry if I offended you.

And very sad that you're taking a break!
Do have fun, though, and I hope you get some fresh air and come back eventually to finish your stories.
You're a beautiful writer, and I'll never forget your stories.

PS. I looked at the music playlists you posted, and I saw The Airborne Toxic Event live once! They were an opening band for a Fratellis concert I went to, and I never would have imagined that they would get famous. I do remember the piano guy and the girl swaying like she was in a trance. After their bit, I got an autograph from the guitarist. It's so cool that you know who they are!
