cadalabicious 11/17/10 . chapter 13your story goes without question in the list of my FAVOURITE DHrs! the description (last chapter) was breathtaking!:):):)
needless to say, I LOVED IT! |
azukkar 7/25/10 . chapter 12Nice story! I enjoyed reading it. You have a good sense for how fast a plot should proceed, and how to write smooth, sensible, entertaining dialogue. You had clever plot ideas, and I applaud you for fleshing out the characters' relationships and not feeling the need to bash any one unreasonably.
The way you wrote the dialogue was often confusing, though. During the one-on-one conversations, it's hard to tell who says what because you would have single paragraphs that contained both people's points of view. For example, you would start a paragraph with something Draco said, then continue it with Hermione's mental reaction. This made it difficult to keep track of the conversations, and it's usually not a good idea to do that. Notice that in published books/stories, paragraphs like that are restricted to a single person's verbal contribution and/or inward thoughts. Alternate paragraphs correspond to alternate speakers, unless something major happens between lines of dialogue. I suggest doing the same thing; start a paragraph for Hermione's statement, but if you are not discussing any more of her thoughts for the moment, start a new one for whatever Draco sees, thinks, or responds. The spoken words ("blah blah blah") don't have to be the first sentence in the paragraph.
Otherwise, impeccable grammar and spelling.
Good job on a story well-written. |
HP0247 7/10/10 . chapter 13I enjoyed this reading this story very much. It's well written and while not all characters are 'in character', it still has my favorites hooking up - so, I'm happy.
Thank you for sharing. |
Sweet Epiphany 7/9/10 . chapter 13This was an amazing story! I love love loved it! you developed the Hermione and Draco relationship really well! I like that it wasn't the whole kiss then fall in love right away story! ) keep on writing! |
coffeychild 7/8/10 . chapter 2Can I just say that "Jesus Hermione! That is…that is text book ridiculous" made me laugh out loud in the middle of the night.
Seriously. Just saying - that's where I knew I had to keep reading. Because Ginny's a riot. |
vickycantrunthatfast 7/8/10 . chapter 13loveditloveditlovedit! It was dramatic without being too much so and, amazingly, they didn't fall in love and realize they had fallen in love straight away! Winnnn-winnnn. I am curious as to how Harry, Ron, Ginny and everyone else reacted to the kiss in the Entrance Hall, in frotn of the whole school! O: But that's all that left me hanging (screaming at the injustice of it all, wondering while pulling my hair what happened), really, you perfected that end ;) |
 worldreminiscence 7/7/10 . chapter 13That was NICE.
I'm satisfied with how it ended.
Thank u. Ron accepted, although, it wasn't shown.
I loved it :]
Salute to u! _ |
