You make me uber happy. Like, seriously. I can't even think of enough words right now to write and tell you how awesome this thing is. I'm really in awe at this. Totally calling it your best work yet, dearest. You can really create a powerful tale and it's completely awe-inspiring that you do these sorts of things, love. Can't tell you how much I have fallen for Cloud/Snake, dear heart. You make it so... natural, I guess.

You promised an ultimate beatdown, and you gave thee ultimate beatdown! That was a brutal, bloody confrontation that shook my mind when I read it due to its sheer intensity! And your portrayal of Snake in this fic was top of the line.

I recall saying in a past review that your portrayal of Wesker was the most evil vilest portrayal of a villain ever, but your Liquid Ocelot portrayal is a close second. Sephiroth betraying Liquid was a bit surprising.

I don't think I'll ever STOP reading this chapter, digging for lots of inspiration with this and laughing with awe and serenity as you do this glorious piece of work. Your Snake/Sephiroth fluff just made my eyes widen with disbelief at first, but then you made it look so marvelous and just natural! The ultimate beatdown, next chapter!? That's going to be awesome. Snake vs Liquid, MGS4 all over again (Haven't got to play that in a long time, my PS3's broken!)

This story is probably going to go down in my books as one of the better fics of this year.

I'm thinking it was probably SEPHIROTH that ruffled his feathers, but deep down, I'm begging for Liquid. Why? Because I'm a hopeless authoress who's got serious craving issues. But I digress. No magic, all love and worry and fear, and the fact that Sephy's unleashed his beasts down upon them- what could possibly happen that could make this whole situation ANY worse?

Uhm... holy crap. I'm trying to come up with something good to say in this box, and nothing is coming to mind. I have too much praise to heap upon you that it can't possibly hope to fit into this tiny little space. I'm so excited to see what else you're going to do with this. And you're going to make me wait impatiently, which I can clearly and easily do. Epyon, with these moments of love and affection and TRUE loyalty come something so magical, so emotional and serene. I know that scene. And I swear I was heart broken beyond belief in watching it. It was... really present. Everything.

This chapter was probably the most epic and emotional chapters I've ever read! I swear on The Boss's grave, this chapter was that good!

My favorite part was the scene when Cloud and Snake were against Screaming Mantis with Meryl. Also the description in the beginning of 'Hell's perfect pair' was pure perfection.

The emotions in this chapter was very strong whether it was sorrow (Tifa, Cloud and Hal), animosity(Hal and Cloud) and love between Snake and Cloud. All of these were presented in an astounding way!

*hugs* Hun, I've seen that scene on YouTube, and let me tell you- it brought tears to even my eyes. I don't really cry at the video games I play, but MGS4 kept pounding me on the chest with such emotions that I really broke my heart when I actually watched that scene. And this story was simply... god. So heart wrenching and terrifying and simply a beautiful piece of work. You've really given me something to think about when I want to do something with them together. Act V- oh, yes. I don't know what it is, but... it's compelling. VERY compelling. And so was this fic. You've done it again, my friend. You've made me nearly bawl my eyes out.
