I see Hermione having a time lord "therapy session" on the Master's converter providing Harry with a companion.

To really put the Doctor's hearts racing have the Master, or better yet, Harry impregnate Rose, then memory charms her into believing it was the Doctor who did the naughty deed! Then have the Master's machine, with some modifications, only convert the fetus into a time lord! After the Doctor's sonic screwdriver confirms that the fetus is developing two hearts, Rose's mum will have them both in front of a vicar before his two hearts completes a double pulse cycle! It will be strange that the baby time lord would not look like either of them - red hair and Jade-Green eyes.
