That's so cuuuute!

Awwwwwww! Sooo cute! I loved it! Legolas was adorable!

This is the third time I have read this story, and I seem to enjoy it more and more with every reading! I can only say that I'm sorry I'm only leaving you a review of it now.

I loved this from beginning to end, it was fantastic! The highlights no doubt being the dialogue between Legolas, the trees, and the woodpecker (my number 1) and then of course the entire house of Rivendell trying, and failing, to beat out those big blue eyes of Legolas and remain firm! All in all, you cut the balance perfectly between angst and humor, which is not an easy thing to mix by a long shot. I hope you will write another story of Legolas' interactions with the trees and wildlife, I would love to read it!

hey just making a point it's hannon le not le hannon, any way i loved this story though i would like to punch somebody because it is not Legolas's fault that people make him so curious, i mean i used to climb trees, i learnt my leson the hard way, and no it was not from being told off that doesnt help,if anything it just makes the child more inclined to do it again, and after awhile, the words spoken from the adult are not even heard, my lesson, almost ripping my back open on a tree sliding down it from a hight, a big hight, good thing i was lucky, but still can i please punch somebody, maybe Glorfindel or, or, or, or dammit i cant think of anybody, stupid, stupid mind

I'm beginning to think it is a really dangerous idea to tell Legolas stories of any kind. ;-) I loved the little owl - it was so cute and well-meaning, even though it was partly to blame for what happened to Legolas. Poor trees - trying to dissuade Legolas from something he really wants to do seems to be a quite hopeless undertaking.

I can only repeat that I love your Glorfindel, mellon-nin! I really wouldn't want to make him angry! Poor twins! I would have been as quiet as possible and kept my distance, too.

I think only Legolas could manage to get himself stuck in such an inaccessible position! I loved how quickly Elrohir's determination to be stern with Legolas disappeared into thin air after one apprehensive look from those big blue eyes. *g* It must be almost impossible to chastise that elfling. I think I would fail at it completely. ;-) Poor Glorfindel! It seems he's the only one who at least manages to be angry at Legolas for more than a few seconds. I so enjoyed Elladan giving up on his attempt to admonish Legolas the moment he began to sniffle! *can't resist huggling sniffling elfling*

I hope Glorfindel's valiant attempt at a lecture will be of some use. Otherwise, I fear all the elves in Imladris will get a heart-attack before Legolas even has a chance to reach his puberty. Glorfindel should get a medal for being able to hold that lecture while those beseeching blue eyes were fixed on him. I guess only elves who have faced a Balrog are able to withstand Legolas' pleading gaze. *g*

I absolutely love you elfling Legolas stories! He can just wrap everyone around his little fingers, can't he? Even the great, big balrog slayer! I can just imagine how Leoglas makes friends with every tree on Arda that he comes in contact with. And the owl aiding him on his naughty quest was too perfect.

Keep up the stories with our small elfling!
