This wraps up the story and explains why the Outer Senshi are not in the R manga (except Pluto). This is not bad.

Dear Tim, I feel very lucky to have the chance to read your stories after five years you've published them on this site.
This one in particular is wonderful: it's a long needed gap-filler on a controversial topic like Crystal Tokio era ( Naoko-san never felt the urge to show it or justify it thoroughly. maybe 'cause when you're already living in a country ruled by a heaven's godes-related emperor, this seems a natural thing , or the most natural and right thing to live and wish for) but it's anything but a 'filler'.
you put in it feeling, action, musings about things I wondered about, and even I did not wondered about ( from manga-based inmplications in Pluto's actions and feelings to all the relationship dynamics between usual and unusual couple of senshi. Not to mention Time paradoxes and Usagi solving them, performing is usual hopefulness and faith that can do miracles happen).
You had the brain, heart and pen that were needed. thank you.
