It was a nice change to see Emmett as something besides the happy-go-lucky guy. Wonder if vampires go through mood swings every few decades...kinda like puberty?

aw... this was so sweet... A- i luv Jazz and I think thi gave him a needed softer edge away from alice...sometimes it seems like he doesn't really care about his Other family memebers B- I think it makes Emmett seem SSO much more like, relateable- ya kno 4 a vampy-lol-but i think its tru alot of the stuff he duz ur like...ugh idiot!...and i think this makes him kinda mor human

Aww, cute brotherly bonding. I like that piece, because it brings out the side of Emmett that we don't see in most fanfictions about him. The eternal, intelligent, sweet vampire. Most of the people in his home and in the classroom think he is an idiot, even on this site because they use him for comic relief, but this cute piece reminds us that none of the great godess Stephenie Meyer's characters are entirely one-demensional.

I really like the way you capture the complex relationships among each of the Cullens. Emmett is the least likely of all of them to wallow in insecurity, but in such a talented and accomplished family, even he would have to have some doubts once in a while. I like the way you have Jasper help him out of it.

You do these one-shots so well. It's great to see Emmett being given some character depth. Poor Emmett, I could definitely see a scenario like this happening to him. So funny that he knocked the classroom door of its hinges. And Jasper was being the kindest brother here with his words of wisdom.
