Just got to this beauty today and am so glad that I did! Though I have to admit that the final word of Chapter 13 has me a little worried - I mean, when has "normal" ever fit into the B&B universe :P Sure hope there is more to come in this story!

Oh how wonderful! I love how he surprised her there at the end...Love that he has a job that keeps him happy but to me Booth was always meant to be FBI...and I am wondering if she is feeling tired for another reason other than what she imagines...

Ooh! I was not liking this chapter...one little bit...What Booth tried to do with Bones and giving up on his job...both were him quitting, giving up...But then Bones came back, realising just what he was up to...I want him to get fully better but whatever way you wrap it up, at least they will be together and that is the most important thing...

i definitely liked this chapter, particularly in the way that it felt very true to form that brennan wouldn't get what booth was doing right away, that it would hurt her a lot until she logic-ed it out in her brain and reached the proper conclusion, and that once she did that she'd hold on tight and fight like hell and not let him mess things up.

i think recovery or not isn't even the most important part of this story, it's that they both have these strong personalities whose weaknesses keep them from grabbing the happiness in front of them. to me, if they embrace that happiness, that will be the most satisfying ending, independent of a full recovery.
