wow...well I read the story. I was in tears at some points. I wasn't too crazy about the milkyway boy or trucker stuff tho I understand it was a chance to pull together a lot of support and explain a lot of situations the others didn't see. Don't know the story anyone accused you of pulling stuff from - haven't read it at all. This was quite original. The end was quite abrupt and, so, a bit disappointing but I could understand it. I will have to check out some of your other fics.

A brilliant, in depth and beautiful story that kept me waiting with baited breath for the next chapter while it was in progress.

I can't believe its done...i just can't believe it...ok lie, i can, but wow...its like an Era coming to an end, like Oprah's show coming to an end...I loved it though, that's what matters right? People loved it!! It was great, you're a fabulous writer and this was a great story.
btw, sorry i missed the last chapter, school's really killing me, anyway, I really loved this story it was just so real and not ridiculously optimistic like most others.
You really did a great job on this one, i must say some points could've been better, but no one perfect, and u came pretty damn close so it's all good.

Ah, I really liked the ending. Bittersweet and not everything is over and done with but it's as good as it'll get for now. So you got a bit sidetracked? Be careful about that in future stories, ya hear?

I couldn't say it better than Kay already did. You couldn't have found a more fitting end than this.
I'm glad I started reading The Prodigal Brother. It more than once made my day when I found a new chapter and I will definitely miss looking for new ones.

I admit that I was sad to see the status of this story changed to "complete." (No more updates? But I so looked forward to them!) Having said that, I couldn't have asked for a more fitting ending. While I enjoyed the colorful characters that had cameos in the trial chapters, it seemed fitting that the story ended as it had begun: an intimiate study of the gundam pilots. It hurt to read about Duo's slow and incomplete recovery, but his struggles made his triumphs (however small) seem so much greater. He was bent until cracking. It would be unrealistic--and unfair to the story you created--for everything to magically be okay at the end. Instead, the honest, hesitant hope of the end was beautiful and fitting. Heero and Duo didn't automatically fall into each others' arms. Duo didn't immediately pick up where he had left off with the others. Life wasn't perfect. But they were together, and they were determined to try. It's a good hurt that you left us with.

Other notes: Loved, loved, loved Sally and Wufei's girls. The parts about their first words was a wonderful respite from the seriousness. "Daddy." Heh. I also loved the car ride home. Quatre and Duo's battle of the wills... I was holding my breath.

I can't tell you whether to leave this story up or take it down; you have to be comfortable with the decision. I can tell you that I was impressed with how you handled a difficult situation. I can also tell you that I am happy to have had the chance to read your work.

Oh Duo! I'm glad they group hugged him. I felt the urge to hug him too. Nice beating him into a corner by Trowa and Quatre, it was mean but in a caring way. Which is odd but works for Duo.

I love the part in Quatre's POV. It's so sweet and loving. Both for Duo and by Duo. Now I almost want to yell at Heero and Duo to get together, but at the same time I'm completely fine with them not getting together if they don't carry the same love for each other. If they do carry the same love well... Duo's learning to deal with life by the point in time of Quatre's POV enough that he mght run for a bit but he'd probably go back to Heero after working things out.

Excellent, loved them taking care of him going home. Great Story!

You should keep your story up. As for copying someones else's story have you looked at the story descriptions? It's a good story and should remain.
