That was a great little one-shot. I love how you incorporated Claire because you can't just leave her out of the situation. Using Stella to clarify that Claire was still apart of Mac instead of Mac making that point is the best, they should use that in the series, if the put them together!

*sigh* This is one sweet story. Your take on how Stella words her thoughts of how Claire fits in her relationship with Mac is just brilliant. I'm also touched by the way she takes the coin case as something that is hurtful, but in the same time, as a blessing, which open the way for them to get together. Excellent job!

I liked that you included Claire into your story. I'm a Smacked fan as well, but I think that sometimes that aspect of Mac's life gets overlooked in Smacked romances. I agree that Mac has room for both of them in his heart. There is the wicked part of me that thinks Mac felt something for her while they were married, but just surpressed it well.

Very cute and very fluffy. But fluff is good... I like fluff :D I liked her thoughts about how their relationship changed over the years. And I definitely liked how they discussed how Claire would affect their relationship, since I believe that's been a big deterrent for him over the years. And I can see that playing out if (and hopefully when) they get together. Over all, very well done, especially for your first fic :D Keep it up!
