Sen's been "percolating" on this idea for quite a while, and I was thrilled to see him finally write it. The emotion and energy of it actually kick started me back on the path to another Empyrean story.

Excellent characterizations and attention to detail, as always, Sen. Great back story on Dayton and Dickins. I love how you explore Dayton's allegiance to his friend, his trauma suffered through their shared experience, and his letting down his guard with Cassiopeia, as he tries to return to some kind of "normalcy". This story is packed with emotion.

I absolutely love the Empyrean series and any extra little tidbits are so very welcome. Especially when written with the same care and attention as the main story. Thanks for keeping the fabulous characters alive during story intermission.
