I love Bella’s background story, living in LA, into clothes etc. Her interactions w. Charlie and setting up her room are great. Getting to reconnect with Alice was amusing and I’m looking forward to seeing them interact more. I’m interested in knowing what happened in Bella’s past w. the ex-best friend/slut. And why she has anxiety attacks and needs meds etc.

Love that Edward is in therapy and used to be on meds too—nice tie in for the 2 of them. It will be interesting to see how that bit of information between the 2 of them plays out. So Edward used to play baseball, until he allegedly raped some girl—did I get that right? Naturally he didn’t do it, though I’m curious to hear who accused him, and what really happened that night which now results in therapy with the pretentious, sycophantic, harpy therapist (lol, channeling Edward’s thoughts, much?). Love Edward’s strong relationship w. Emmett and Jasper—completely fantastic, no nonsense, no bullshit between them. I think its great that you had E/J witness B’s nose hit—will make it interesting for the next morning at school. I can’t help but love that Edward was a peeping tom. Was actually counting on it. Glad he didn’t share it w. the bros though. Question though, does E realize that the girl who hit her nose and the new girl next door are both B? Or will he figure it out when he sees her nose? Love you BB! And congrats on a new, awesome story!

Steph, I love it already! This Bella is a lot more you, huh? With the shoes and the non-truck. I bet she even loves pink. :) She's more...edgy, more snarky than your last Bella, and I think it's a huge thing to be able to take the same bones and create a new character with a distinct voice. The same with Edward, a totally different character.

I love the exaggerated Alice. Her speed talking cracked me up. Fave line: "We were idling at a red light, while my gaze focused on a sweet little brunette walking down the street with as ass that made me want to cup it in my hands and bite a chunk off it." Easily. hahhaa!

Can't wait until he finds out the nice ass with no brains is and the new girl with great breasts are the same person. I know you've got an angsty, funny, smutty road ahead for us, and i'm ready!

Great first chapter, definitely pulled me in. I love your Bella. It's nice to see her with some confidence and some sense of fashion. Bitter, falsely-accused (I assume) Edward is going to be a fascinating character to delve into as well. Can't wait for more!

I REALLY LIKE this story. I hope that you run with it, as I am looking forward to it. Seems like E may have faced a rape charge... I hope if and when he and B get together, that won't deter him from great sex. Still jonesing off the great sex in I'll Be Your Lover TOO! Caveat: I know real like often gets in the way, but I thought you did a great job in pacing I'll Be Your Lover Too. I hope you won't become one of those where there a MONTHS between chapters. That REALLY kills a story!

I've come up with a new word for this type of chapter: Smuffy because it's smutty & fluffy.
