I remember watching a cartoon film like this, called the swan princess or something like that, when the young boy and girl are forced together and they hate each toher, but when they grow up they fall in love. You've translated it beautifully over to Merlin. Keep updating!

Its good but then the last chapter is for a completely different show so i'm cunfused as arthur needs his revenge on morgana.

Awesome story! I love how age-appropriate you've written Arthur and Morgana. Can't wait to read the next chapter :]

Oh goodness, I can't get over how adorably cute young Arthur is with his grand notions of adventure and glory. It's just too funny how he heard Morgana screaming and thought that he'd best be off to rescue the damsel in distress.

And his way of comforting her was so sweetly straight-forward with how he was telling her that it'd be alright and she could push him in the mud in the morning. :) Then of course he felt the need to be all honorable and swear that she'd be safe on his word as prince. And, as grand protector, he'd even sleep at her door! But Morgana, strong girl that she is, of course refuses any pity or protection. Their interaction makes a thoroughly enjoyable read.

And love how any type of sweet moment between them, of course, must degenerate into a fight. Prince Arthur exhibits his arrogance and Morgana haughtily refuses to submit to his superiority. Them fighting with pillows seems like a precursor to them fighting with swords (as alluded to in the Moment of Truth episode).

And haha, Arthur gets praised by his father at the end. Also, I must note it's interesting how scared Uther had been at what Morgana was screaming about. I wonder if it's because he felt somewhat responsible for her father's death.

Lol, I like how Arthur is saying such nice things(mostly) while maintaining that vein of arrogent imperialistic thought. It smacks of the man we will one day be introduced to. As for Morgana, poor girl, it seems her visions have started early in life, as well as her wisdom. She already suspects she is here to be Arthur's bride. I liked the convent threat last chapter, very realistic. And the end of this chapter was very sweet.
