Anyway, YAY! A HAPPY ENDING!! I usually don't like horror movies, but I do love Johnny Depp, and I actually liked this movie. Until the end. I was like, "No! Abberline! How could you?!"

So, thank you, for this happy ending. It just made my day.

I so agree - this ending would have been brilliant. I like your writing, although you change between past and present tense several times, which interrupts the flow of the story a little. But in all, really lovely. I especially like the fact that you had Abberline undergo several name-changes, and had him wait so long to go to Mary, it was realistic - he'd want to make well and truly sure that he wasn't being followed.
