Short fic but quite insightful. I hope you consider writing a sequel to this, maybe from Chuck's point of view since you mentioned in the Author's Note that in your head it's reciprocated but Casey doesn't know, and maybe another sequel where they get a happy ending (I'm a sucker for a happy ending). Can't think of much for con-crit besides maybe replacing some of the fullstops with commas to make it flow a little smoother in some places. But good in general =)
