I. Am. So. Happy! oh yay! that was some plot twist! I can't believe everyone is alive! Keep it up!

I love your characters, your ideas, and all the legends and myths and characters (Mikotos, for instance) you made up for this fic. ;; I was literally crying when I read the last few chapters. Oops, ah... I just noticed that my subconcious has been killing my creativity again. I looked around on Japanese name sites to find a good name for Miboshi in one of my stories (Death's Angel), and I somehow or other chose 'Kano.' Dang it, I didn't even remember that there was a character called 'Kano' in this fic... And then there was the thing with the five-year-old female Nakago in my other story (The New Warriors), and I *swear* that I thought that up before Hitori even popped up in this story.

Either I have some very bad luck at picking characters/character's names, or I'm just insane. Probably the latter, knowing me...

Oh, and I was wondering which Mikoto was Capricorn... I forgot.

GREAT CHAPTER! YAY! Finally Jenny got the right idea... _ AND THEY'RE ALIVE! THEY'RE ALL ALIVE!

Well, I have to say that this is certainly one of the most unique fanfics I've ever read. The mood swings in these last 3 chapters alone (#6-8)are tremendous - the guys-on-the-couch-type gods; Juri's apparent immaturity combined with the mature duties she's supposed to perform, her ominous knowledge of Nuriko's impending death - there's humor and whimsy and angst all mixed together.

I've been meaning to get back here, and I'm glad I did. I like the Chiriko-chan infatuation with Juri - and the I-want-to-have-a-dog attitude is very age-appropriate, although I'll just have to wait and see where the dog fits into the mission, I guess. And your explanation of the gods controlling the fates of their shichiseishi through a poker game rings as true as any other explanation I've ever read.
