This was an extremely sad story. I thought the person Simon would never forget would be Jeanette. I was pretty surprised when I saw it was Alvin.

Wow I was not expecting this o.o

but the little summary, I def thot this would be about Jeanette.

I feel bad for Alvin.

But in all honesty, I hate the gay stories between Alvin and Simon.

And in all of them, Alvins the one who admits it or makes a move on Si.

it makes sense since Alvins the .. one who would most likely be the first to make a move on anyone, but it bugs me.

And as much as I hate those stories, I cant help but read em.

This was an interesting story, but it was good.

And sad.

I am really impressed with this short story. It is full of so many emotions. Sorrow, guilt, confusion , regret. I love it all.. The first and the last scenes are amazing in the way that you describe everything. Poor Simon is torn with remorse. It’s a shame that the last conversation that he will ever have with his brother was so harsh. And hearing Alvin in tears in reaction to Simon, was pretty sad, yet it really made me think that he was sick and needed consoling because Simon was right (I mean they are brothers). Great story and great idea!
