That is one of THE shortest chapters I've ever read! Why hasn't Dumbledore done anything? Is Sirius going to do a blood adoption? I hope so I am SO looking forward to the next chapter!

It's a great site for almost any referencing needs concerning HP (although they are still working on updating the information to include OOtP).

Something else I want to pick at: I'm not sure if Fudge was in power at the time.

Book 5 refers to Fudge's predecessor by name (I've forgotten to name though, it was only mentioned once & it's been almost two weeks since I read the book) but I just realised it doesn't say when he came into office. What I do know is that Crouch Snr was on a fast-track to the position of Minister before his son's trial & was the one who locked Sirius away (in canon).

It's an iffy subject in my mind, I need to check over the facts better some time.

Interesting. The love of Harry kept him from tracking Pettigrew down right away. With Dumbledore's support, they should be able to work this out.
