If this were anything other than Honey and Clover, it would have been good. But I mean, holy crap! The thing I like about this series is how deep and thoughtful it is and how everything that happens has an underlying deeper meaning.
Now you're saying that Takemoto goes crazy and basically rapes Hagumi, she gets pregnant, and they live happily ever after. The end.

This is way out of character. This is just wrong, for Honey and Clover. Maybe for something like Inuyasha as an Inu/Kags it would work, but everything on Honey and Clover is just way too sentimental for this.

It is flat out transparent and chauvanistic, though I can see how this would relate to Shinobu's character... a little...


Oh well. Now I'm inspired to watch the entire second season and then write a fanfic for Honey and Clover. It would be a good challenge to get the dreamy feel of the narration and the symbolism and sensitivity of the story...

I really like these 'in-the-spur-of-the-moment' fics...They're so amusing^^ I like Takemoto and Hagu together, and the way you portray it is so amusing and strangely enough, sweet and romantic. I wish the canon story ended like this...or at least Takemoto getting a really happy end.

Hey! Kudos for a job well done! Although im not much a fan of mayama and rika i have to say i really enjoyed this fic. The thoughts are well arranged, and its cute the way takemoto finally 'mans up'. Two thumbs up!
