Not "boring" at all. I thought it was very interesting and different. A cool way to look at what's happened in the Buffy and Angel-verse so far. I'd love to read more stories along these same lines, maybe with court cases debating single episodes of the shows, and how fair or unfair certain events were. And I like that Spike is a special case - that no one quite knows what to make of him - it's be cool to read a case debating this even more, perhaps bringing in new evidence and info. But maybe that's just me ;) Thanks for writing this. I thought it was a lot of fun.

That was NOT boring. That was an excellent story. As an avid debater myself, I really appreciated this idea- and the execution was superb. Good points for both sides. I must say, I'm wondering how this particular test will turn out...
