I liked the switch in POV between the two characters. It really helped to give a sense that they liked each other and the events which were unfolding meant a lot to them. The "Troublesome" woman is sure to put a smile on Shikamaru's face when he looks back on the night.

this was a great story. i just love how everything was characteristicly those two characters.

aw this was a cute little number! most shikatem fics i read end up with some raunchy sex scene or hot kisses, or maybe even a brutal fight that leads to said sex scene or kisses lol! it was nice to read something different, and very mellow for the pairing. refreshing to say the least coming from you moodiful, and i applaud much less encourage your efforts! do continue with this pairing when you can, your diversity never ceases to amaze me. keep it up ^ ^

You know, I'm always surprised hen people write stories that get in a fuss over Temari in a dress. I know she gives off that tom-boy vibe, but throughout the entire series, she is always wearing a kimono or some variation thereof. I have never once seen her wearing anything that can be considered boyish.

Haha, I love Shikamaru's reaction to her dance request. I could just hear the bones in his stiff neck cracking!
