Ok its been a long time but I had to stop and tell you how amazing this chapter is! I loved the beginning, even through all of his issues, Jack is still good at keeping the Doctor on his toes! And I can just see the doctors face when Jack tries to tell him he deserved what happened, good thing he's good at calm. I fall a little more in love with your Doctor every time. The possibilities of what morning will bring are making me salivate, especially since Jacks having a rough night which will probably leave some issues close to the surface.

Can I just say, I really kind of wanted Jack to shoot the Bast* and I think you hit a good balance between the Doctor wanting it while staying true to his character. I hope the bunnies come out soon because you are amazing, this story has such potential, and I seriously need some woundedJack and fluff in my life!

Glad to see the Doctor is back to see how Jack is doing but I feel a bit sorry for poor Ianto.He doesn't know whats wrong,what happened too Jack and now it seems he is more interested in the Doctor than him.I can understand that he is a bit mad.I hope the three can work this out ;)

Yay! I was so excited to find this up so soon! And I'm more than willing to be patient as long as updates happen eventually!

That dream sequence was crazy! In a good way. Love the WWI camp thrown in as torment. And the faces shifting, the Doctor turning into the master; completely brilliant. I really loved Ianto in this even if he is clueless. You manage to not only add some clarity to whats going on with Jack from his point of view, but he is comic relief during some heavy angsty stuff. Wow the Doctor has good timing huh? Whats up with that? And what was Jack gonna do without a convenient TARDIS appearance? LOVE it! Great way to bring the Doctor back in and I cant wait to see the Doctor and Jack together again!
