Oh ow. Such a hard read but I mean that in the best possible way because the raw emotion here is just heart-breaking.

Amazing. The part where Engle begins to talk in the third person is haunting. nuJim was spot on. I can't imagine him being comfortable in this situation.

Also, I must say, the first thing I thought when I saw this story was "was he a red shirt?"
